  Do not use this company. Have rang them approx 15 times over the last month and never got an answer, they also don't answer emails or contact form submissions. When we were signing up, the customer service representative couldn't wrap their head around how we were moving from one house to a new one and needed the bins transferred to the new place. It was a huge deal that took ages to sort. Go look at their facebook comments, they're an absolute embarrassment

  CANT GIVE NO STARS UNFORTUNATELY terrible rude, aggressive drivers who think and tell you....sorry scream with abusive and foul language that they are separate and a law unto themselves with the road traffic act as it does not apply to them they are allowed {for no reason} to travel down a single lane one way street the wrong way to take a short cut with drivers and pedestrians having to quickly get out of the way of the completely illegal and dangerous driving that was on show for all us small business owners {and i could name at least 3 other business owners who witnessed the disgraceful aggressive and confrontational behavior by tim the driver he even shouted his name at me in his arrogance.After he was simply informed that he was travelling down a one way street the wrong way.   peril. Ignoring the rules may create a dangerous situation which puts you and

  It is in your interest to follow the basic principles of road safety when on the road:END QUOTE No special permission for rude aggressive bin men. i could continue about his continuing shouting abusive and foul language however i think you get the picture.

  Talked with one of the employees. Sped up the process without having time to explain nothing and just wanted to get rid of me. Very bad customer service for starting a new business.

  Worst customer service ever I am currently changing to Wiser much more helpful, I cancelled my account because they left my bins full I was 1 week late with a payment because I had so much going on, I didnt get a remider email/ call or text message to let me know my bins would not be collected so when I contacted them I was told to leave both bins out the following Friday for collection and they too were left there so now I have a full recycling and a general waste because the girl I originally spoke to didn't get back to me or about my situation and arrange the collection, I was again spoken rudely twhen cancelling my account with them I was told to have the bins out and empty and the glass in the glass bin needs to be recycled locally in a glass bin, the absolute cheek ,I was told it was the responsibility of the customer to pay for bin collection, naturally you stupid fool , it just slipped my mind for a week life gets in the way sometimes you know.
